The most popular use for the Coal Gun is for residential hydronic
heating. Nevertheless, the Coal Gun is also available for steam heating
applications and is well-suited for the production of process hot water
for car washes, egg processing, greenhouse heating, manufacturing, and
for heating motels, pools and retail stores.
The Coal Gun™ is manufactured in Pennsylvania and burns anthracite
coal. Although normally used in hydronic or steam boiler applications,
the Coal Gun can be adapted for use with forced hot air systems through
the use of a water to air heat exchanger. Our smallest model (S130)
will provide heat for an entire home including domestic hot water at
50% or less than the cost of conventional oil, gas or electric systems.
For applications beyond 3.3 million BTU's Coal Gun™ coal stokers may be
